In order to advance the mission and the work of the CCC, several committees have been created on a number of topics. The Steering Committee and User Groups meet on a regular basis. All other committees meet on an as-needed basis.
Steering Committee
Goal: To serve as the governing body of the CapitalCare Collaborative (CCC).
User Group
Goal: To provide feedback on the automated Enrollment and Eligibility System (CareScope).
Standardization Committee
Goal: To standardize the enrollment application for the partner organizations, including development of definitions for calculating income and defining households.
Data and Evaluation
Goal: Identify and resolve issues pertaining to data once it has been entered into the CCC's common repository.
Clinical Committee
Goal: Identify and define clinical data elements to be collected in the CCC's common repository.
Technology Committee
Goal: To guide the technology needs of the CCC and to support the implementation initiatives with each partner organization.
Pharmacy Committee
Goal: To reduce medication costs and increase medication access across the partner organizations.
